Two-Day Del Mar Pick 6 Carryover Fuels $146,917 Payouts; Jackpot At $257,533

Six winning tickets cashed in for $146,917 apiece Thursday at Del Mar as the lion's share of a $1,413,330 Pick Six pool that had grown that large after a two-day carryover.

The day started with $271,496 in the carryover pot and it drew $1,141,834 in “new” money chasing after it.

The track's “Jackpot Pool,” which is paid out only in the case of a single ticket picking all six winners, was not hit Thursday and now has grown to $257,533.

The winning horses in the sequence were: 3rd Race — #6 Kenzou's Rhythm ($12.60); 4th Race — #3 Raul Rosas ($17.80); 5th Race — #3 Get Em Up Scout ($21.40); 6th Race — #5 Spin Me a Kiss ($5.40); 7th Race – #7 Mended ($11.60), and 7th Race — #3 Tweeting ($6.20).

Those with five winners out of six received a payoff of $546.80.

Racing resumes at Del Mar Friday with first post at 4 p.m.
