TVG Announces Fundraiser For PDJF

TVG, America’s horse racing network, will be emptying its promotional closet after 20 years on Friday, November 1st and Saturday, November 2nd at Santa Anita and fans in attendance for the Breeders’ Cup will have the opportunity to purchase all types of TVG merchandise and swag from the past two decades with all of the proceeds to benefit the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund. Regardless of the sale, TVG has pledged to contribute at minimum $10,000 to the charity.

The sale will be located adjacent to the paddock at Santa Anita Park, the home of the 2019 Breeders’ Cup World Championships.

Fans will also have the opportunity to purchase diverse TVG promotional items such as barbecue sets, golf balls, water bottles, coffee mugs, poker sets, mouse pads and portable speakers. Fans on site will also be able to donate directly to the PDJF at the TVG merchandise booth.

“At TVG, we are proud of our continued partnership with the PDJF to support its critical mission to provide care and support for injured riders,” said Kip Levin, the CEO of TVG and COO of FanDuel. “The Breeders’ Cup is one of horse racing’s biggest stages and we are looking forward to giving fans the chance to take home a souvenir for a good cause as we give back to the sport.”

This past summer, TVG celebrated its 20th anniversary. Since launching on July 14, 1999, TVG’s television network has emerged as daily go-to viewing for racing fans and US horse racing industry stakeholders and its ADW platform has grown into the market leader, processing over $1 billion in annual wagering.
