Sunday’s Rainbow 6 Carryover Up To $2.9 Million At Gulfstream

Gulfstream Park’s 20-cent Rainbow 6 will have a carryover of $2,929,465.31 when racing resumes Sunday at noon.

The Rainbow went unsolved for the 34th consecutive day. Multiple tickets with all six winners Saturday were each worth $1,006.72.

There will also be a Super Hi 5 carryover Sunday of $2,726.66.

The carryover jackpot is only paid out when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day’s pool goes back to those bettors holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool.

The carryover jackpot pool going into Sunday’s card will begin with the sixth race, a mile turf race for 3-year-old maidens. A mile turf race for 3-year-old maiden fillies will end the sequence.
