Rainbow 6 Solved At Gulfstream West For $141,853 Payoff

The 20-cent Rainbow 6 was solved at Gulfstream Park West Sunday when a single ticket with six winners returned a $141,853.12 jackpot payoff.

The winning combination of 8-12-10-4-5-10 was purchased on a New York account.

The Rainbow 6 carryover jackpot is paid out only when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique ticket sold, 70 percent of that day’s pool goes back to those betters holding tickets with the most winners while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool.

The popular multi-race wager had gone unsolved since a lucky single ticketholder cashed for a $52,137 jackpot payoff Nov. 9.

The Rainbow 6 will begin anew when live racing resumes on Friday.

There will also be a $24,382.83 Super Hi-5 Carryover heading into Friday’s card.

Silks simulcasting facility will be open at Gulfstream Park on Wednesday and Thursday, when Laurel Park is scheduled to conduct its traditional Thanksgiving Day program (11:25 a.m, first post).
