Hill ‘N’ Dale Purchases Half-Interest In Bubbler, Dam Of Champion Arrogate

John G. Sikura's Hill ‘n' Dale Farm has purchased a 50 percent interest in Bubbler, the dam of champion Arrogate.

The BloodHorse reports that the 11-year-old Distorted Humor mare was previously owned entirely by Clearsky Farms. Bubbler has been confirmed in foal to Tapit for 2018.

In a statement released to the BloodHorse earlier on Monday, Sikura said, “We are grateful and excited to become co-owner with Clearsky Farms of Bubbler. As the dam of Arrogate, the world's highest-rated racehorse, and in foal to classic sire Tapit, we feel Bubbler is a remarkable opportunity to enhance our brand. Our goal is to continue to assemble a world-class broodmare band and associate with leading breeders like Clearsky Farms.”

Bubbler's first foal was Arrogate (by Unbridled's Song),) champion 3-year-old male of 2016. She also has a 2-year-old filly by Medaglia d'Oro, a yearling filly by Giant's Causeway and a 2017 filly foal by Into Mischief.
