Bullet Train Relocates To Ireland; Will Serve As Dual-Purpose Stallion

Bullet Train, the stakes-winning, three-quarter brother to Frankel, has been moved to Ireland and he will stand the 2018 breeding season at Woodfield Farm Stud in County Waterford.

The Racing Post reports that the 10-year-old son of Sadler’s Wells will serve as a dual-purpose stallion in Ireland. Bullet Train entered stud in 2013 at Wintergreen Stallion Station in Kentucky. He stood the following year at Crestwood Farm, and has shuttled to Australia. His first northern hemisphere crop are now 3-year-olds.

Gary Norris of Woodfield Farm Stud told the Racing Post, “We’re really looking forward to standing Bullet Train, and delighted to have the chance.

“His produce are gorgeous, big, good-looking horses and we can’t wait to show him off on the ITM Stallion Trail in January.”
