Breeders’ Cup Winner Sharing Targets May 23 Tepin Stakes At Churchill For 2020 Debut

Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies winner Sharing is expected to make her 2020 debut on May 23 at Churchill Downs, according to co-owner Eclipse Thoroughbreds’ Twitter account. Following the track’s announcement of an adjusted stakes schedule on Monday, the 3-year-old filly will aim for the $100,000 Tepin Stakes, held over a mile on the turf course.

A daughter of Breeders’ Cup Sprint winner Speightstown out of Breeders’ Cup Filly & Mare Turf winner Shared Account, Sharing is trained by Graham Motion. She finished third in her debut at Saratoga, then won three straight races including listed Selima Stakes at Laurel Park and the Breeders’ Cup.

Sharing is expected to be partnered by Manny Franco. She has been working regularly at Fair Hill training center, most recently breezing six furlongs over the all-weather surface in 1:13.60 on May 2.
