Argentina’s Santa Elena Stud Farm To Host Online Dispersal

Santa Elena Stud Farm in Argentina will hold an online dispersal of broodmares, stallions, yearlings, 2-year-olds, and horses in training through early June.

The total dispersal will be overseen and hosted online by auctioneer Antonio Bullrich.

Online bidding will take place from Monday, June 1 to Wednesday, June 10. On Thursday, June 11, the sale will end with a live auction streamed online from Santa Elena Stud Farm, where each lot will begin at the price resulting from the closure of the prior online sale phase. Phone and online bidding will be available during the live sale phase, and a special 10 percent discount will be applied if the lot is not outbid during the live portion.

All horses can be inspected in-person by appointment only.

The offering of 50 pregnant broodmares includes mares by North American sires Bernardini, Giant’s Causeway, Harlan’s Holiday, Include, Jump Start, Malibu Moon, Mutakddim, Roman Ruler, Stay Thirsty, Thunder Gulch, and Unbridled’s Song.

Also included in the catalog are 30 2-year-olds (yearlings on the Southern Hemisphere calendar), 17 yearlings (weanlings in the Southern Hemisphere), 14 horses in training, and three stallions.
